session structure

Each session ranges between 30min and 1 hour

 

  • GET PUMPED, GET PSYCHED, GET MOTIVATED, LEAVE THAT DAILY LIFE STRESS AT THE DOOR
  • Warm up-10 minutes cardio selection of your choice, foam roll/ fascia release.
  • HIIT training element will come first which consists of multiple stations. These stations move from explosive quick pace heart pumping movements to non-high intensity controlled focused movements. This interval pattern allows one to elevate the heart rate encouraging fat burn while activating large muscle groups.
  •  Strength element- we focus on traditional powerlifting movements and weightlifting movements such as squat, deadlift, bench press, clean and jerk. These complex movements are excellent for developing strength and power in the large muscle groups. These movements are  are also a way to gauge strength progress. 
  • Hypertrophy lean muscle building element- the workouts finish with a carefully selected group of exercises that are aimed at developing a specific muscle group such as back, legs, arms, or shoulders. 
  •  5-10 min cooldown and stretch.
