  Justin has worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages and abilities. In the 10+ years of his personal training experience he has gained in depth knowledge of the human body and what it responds to. From these observations and research he has created a system that will help people build strength, increase stamina, burn fat, boost energy levels, discover new athletic potential, and sculpt the body one desires.

His philosophy follows a new modern approach termed “hybrid fitness” in which he has combined several theories of exercise into one effective and efficient workout.

Each workout contains three elements.
